Over at CHIJMES, Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria serves up Brazilian barbecue in a party atmosphere.Their knife-wielding passadors (meat-waiters) present freshly-grilled skewers of barbecue right at your table and recommends the cut according to your preference. A range of up to 15 cuts of meats from beef to lamb, chicken, pork and fish are complemented with more than 16 types of hot and cold dishes including the traditional Brazilian favourite, Feijoada (Pork Stew with Black Beans). The most prized Brazilian meat cut, Picanha (beef rump cap) is not to be missed.
