It's time to fire up the barbie on Siloso Beach, as the Sentosa GrillFest returns, promising even more food and drink with 27 establishments serving up over 130 F&B options. As the name implies, a 3m-tall tepee BBQ pit will be set up to grill everything from burgers to satay, and even durians. End off with a GrillFest Gelato Bomb - five scoops of gelato in a waffle basket with macarons, colourful sprinkles and chocolate sauce. Sip on Brewkerz's Siloso Saison Blanc, brewed exclusively for Sentosa, and kick back with a movie by the beach.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own reusable utensils and containers to reduce single-use plastics. Leave cash at home, because payments will be made via credit and EZ-Link cards.
Singapore GrillFest is happening over four weekends from Jul 19 to Aug 12, at Siloso Beach, from 4pm to 11pm.
