For an out-of-Singapore cafe feel, the new Bacha Coffee brings exotic Morocco to ION Orchard with its shiny, brass and silver-accented boutique and lounge. Servers are dressed right out of a Marrakech movie set, which is where Bacha Coffee hails from. Founded in 1910, the original Bacha still sits in the Dar el Bacha Palace, and features an eye-popping collection of over 200 single origin 100 per cent Arabica coffee beans, flavoured and blended versions. The 30-seater cafe is styled after the Palace, right down to the sterling silver water mugs and glistening trays that your bill comes on. There's a good-sized space devoted to pastries to go with your coffee too, and the lemon tart is pretty good. Just one caveat - don't ask for a cup of tea.
Bacha Coffee is at #01-15/16 ION Orchard
