SI CHUAN DUO HUA RESTAURANT

The omakase dining experience is usually found in Japanese restaurants but, for the first time, Si Chuan Duo Hua Restaurant will offer it from now till May 7 at its Parkroyal on Beach Road outlet. For either S$120 or S$150 per person for a seven-course meal and dessert bar, diners can trust executive Sichuan chef Zeng Feng and consultant chef Peter Tsang with their meals, and be prepared to be surprised by the "undisclosed menus". The dishes will be done in Sichuan and Cantonese styles. T: 6505 5722.
