As part of its fourth anniversary celebrations, the fine dining restaurant will be playing host to Japan's renowned soba master, Osamu Tagata. The master who founded the Shizuoka Zairai (Shizuoka Native) Buckwheat Branding Promotion Council in 2011, uses a near-extinct strain of buckwheat from Shizuoka to create the handmade noodles. The soba will be presented as part of a four-hands lunch and dinner menu by master Tagata and chef Kenjiro Hashida, on April 25 and 26. T: 6733 2114
