ADRIFT Springtime is here, and with it comes the launch of a fresh menu at ADRIFT, the modern Asian sharing plates restaurant by American chef David Myers. One of the highlights is the Milliken Farms sweet potato chips (S$12) served with avocado wasabi dip. For mains, new additions include the soboro rice made with chicken, wakame and togarashi (S$24), and the Alaskan halibut with miso-braised vegetables in uni sauce (S$34). T: 6688 5657
