Dinner With A Vue

From Me to Vue - after a massive revamp, the former me@OUE has shed its split dining personality and turned into simply VUE, a glossy new dining and lifestyle destination on the penthouse of OUE Bayfront in Collyer Quay. Now a grill which emphasises binchotan-cooked specialities, VUE also boasts the city's first rooftop spritz bar, serving cocktails and charcuterie nibbles. In the dining room, chef Sam Chin's menu is carefully curated with options from wagyu to black truffle risotto. Besides the 60-seater dining area, there's an al fresco pavilion where you can sip on a Basil Spritz of dry gin, basil and lemon at the bar, and a private room for 12. Besides its dramatic walkway and cathedral-inspired high ceilings, the best view is the dazzling waterfront with MBS gleaming in the distance.
