Finnish your meal
To commemorate Finland's 100th anniversary, Finnish design house Marimekko is collaborating with Equilibrium restaurant. The restaurant is offering two special menus that combine Nordic cuisine with its Mediterranean origins.
For lunch, sample the Punajuurisalaatti beetroot salad, followed by Jauhelijaphvi, which are hand-crafted beef patties with 'Perunasose' mashed potatoes.
The dinner menu includes dishes such as an aromatic and refreshing milk broth featuring seasonal vegetables and garlic crostini inspired by the traditional Kesäkeitto; and the Kaalikääryleet, or cabbage rolls stuffed with rice, beef and pork in a tomato beef broth, crème fraiche and lingonberries.
