Its localised menu is inspired by and in support of local farms including its own, just outside the restaurant. Among the favourites are the duck confit served with juniper berries, orange gel, roasted parsnip and the pan-seared grey mullet served with olive and anchovy tapenade, roasted baby carrots, pumpkin purée and white balsamic sauce vierge.
