ANOTHER day, another new shopping mall in Singapore. But while most other shiny new malls boast of yet another ramen chain from Japan or the nth outlet of X fast food chain, Icon Village drew up the shutters on its latest extension along Enggor Street this week to unveil a clutch of independently run and new-to-market brands offering unconventional food concepts.
