Michelin Brunch
Thirteen is a lucky number for the Michelin-starred Song of India as it celebrates its anniversary with a one day only Sunday brunch on April 29 featuring chef Manjunath Mural's regional Indian cuisine as well as dishes from a group of specially invited guest chefs. To pay tribute to his time in Singapore, he and guest chefs Ivan Yeo (The 1925 Brewing Co. Restaurant), Ong Jing Qin (President of the Singapore Junior Chefs Club) and private French chef Richard Ravel will create dishes with a Singaporean theme. Highlights include Calcutta Kathi Roll with Masala Tapioca; Sambal Stingray "Pau" with Cincalok Salad; Khao Suey Curry with Smoked Lamb and Glutinous Rice; and "Frenched" Kaya Toast, Slow Cooked Egg, Soy Sauce Butter and Whipped White Pepper Cream.
The buffet is priced at S$68 ++. For reservations call 6836-0055.
