If you love Peranakan food, you're in for a treat. Two hotels are working with two Peranakan chefs to bring traditional recipes to diners.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel is partnering heritage cuisine expert, Philip Chia, a fourth-generation Peranakan. He is presenting a lesser known dish, Babi Tohay, which is braised pork belly in red rice yeast, among the many dishes. Meanwhile, Sheraton Towers Singapore is collaborating with sixth-generation Nonya, Shermay Lee. There will be more than 20 heritage dishes prepared true to Ms Lee and her late grandmother's recipes, such as Udang Nanas Pedas, which is prawns and pineapples doused in aromatic spicy gravy.

Heritage Dinner Buffet is on every weekend evening till April 14, at The Clifford Pier at The Fullerton Bay Hotel, for S$68++. For reservations, call 6877 8911.
