Travellers can enjoy the acclaimed celebrity chef's interpretation of global comfort fare. Food options include Hot & Sour Soup with chicken and mushrooms, Korean Beef Short Ribs with spicy kimchi and the chef's signature Chicken Salad, with napa cabbage, wonton skins, cashews and a ginger-sesame vinaigrette. The restaurant is open from 6am to 1am.
