SIGNATURE FLOURISH: Chef Royer, together with founder of Lo & Behold Group, Wee Teng Wen, will open a new restaurant in December. They are contractually not allowed to reveal the location but it is understood that it will be on the ground floor of The National Gallery. His new venture will still have his style of food but 'with some surprises'. His creations such as mushroom tea will still be a fixture.
