Engaged couples looking to host a special bridal reception may want to check out The Summerhouse's first wedding fair on April 23. The restaurant will set up different themes such as the Hawaiian Luau, complete with matching gourmet selections for a fancy soiree or intimate tea reception. There will be nature-inspired dishes from chef de cuisine Florian Ridder, wedding pastries and desserts curated by 1-Group's pastry chef Jasmin Chew, and specialty cocktails by mixologist Yadhaven Santheran. The Summerhouse is located at 3 Park Lane. The wedding fair is from 5pm to 9pm, priced at $38 per couple. For reservations, call 6262 1063
