Ever bought a piece of well-marbled Wagyu beef or a slab of omega-rich salmon at a supermarket and wished that you could enjoy them right away?
You can do that, at the newly opened Taste in Holland Village, which aims to be more than another grocery store. Taste is managed by the team behind Swiss Butchery.
The meat offerings here are similar to that at Swiss Butchery, such as the New Zealand Reserve Natural Beef and Matsusaka beef from Japan. The counter also offers personalised dry-aged beef services.
