Some 30 years ago, a group of friends started Le Diner en Blanc, where diners are dressed in all-white for dinner at a secret location. It has since become a worldwide epicurean phenomenon, and returns to Singapore on May 12. As with previous years, diners will only know the location on the day. Guests must come dressed in white and are required to bring their own table, two white chairs, white tablecloth, white napkins and biodegradable white trash bag. And of course, their own food - not white carrot cake but fine food, served on white dinnerware, naturally. Don't want to pack your own food? Pre-order from exclusive menus curated by celebrity chef Emmanuel Stroobant, from his restaurants Saint Pierre, Rocks Urban Grill & Bar, SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse.
