Honma releases Beres 05 Series clubs

EARLIER this year, Honma Golf released their Beres 05 Series of clubs for golfers of all playing abilities - in contrast to their Tour World line of clubs which were manufactured for serious golfers.

Honma analysed swings and trajectory tendencies based on fitting data, and its S model drivers have a centre-of-gravity design for achieving optimisation in terms of the three elements of superior flight (initial velocity of the ball, ball-hitting angle, and amount of spin).

The S model fairway woods provide the longest flight performance of this series owing to the adoption of an innovative cup face and the use of a new head form design and centre-of-gravity flow-through design for each club number. The irons also have an increase in flight distance performance through a new face structure.
