IN the span of a year, Singapore welcomed at least five cat cafes. Now, the Lion City can add a cat museum to the list.
Lion City Kitty - The Cat Museum, Muses & Mansion is a cat museum and play area all rolled into one. Located on Purr-vis Street, oops, we mean Purvis Street, Lion City Kitty is a three-storey-space dedicated to all things kitty, save for a famous one. A poster on the wall states that there is no Hello Kitty in the cat museum, because after all, she is a little girl.
But unlike the cat cafes, there are no food and drinks served here. Lion City Kitty's founder Jessica Seet says that her mission is to change the community's mindset towards cats and animals.
