Interesting, extraordinary and expensive

A review of a mixed bunch of old Chablis, from some of the best producers, consumed recently.

BACK again to my hobby horse. The more old Chablis I drink the more I congratulate myself that some 20 or more years ago I had laid down a whole mixed bunch of Chablis from some of the best producers - Raveneau, Fevre, Dauvissat, Faiveley, Drouhin and Jadot. And had kept my hands off them until recently.

Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 1988, William Fevre

Locally purchased 1990, around S$50
