Despite his personal challenges, Andrew Matthews still manages to churn out book after book on happiness. RACHEL LOI reports
HE may be known for writing self-help books such as Being Happy and Happiness in a Nutshell, but like anybody else, author Andrew Matthews concedes he isn't happy all the time.
He has his ups and downs, he says, adding that one of his biggest daily challenges is watching his stepson Michael's long-term struggle in the aftermath of a car accident in 1987 which left him with a severe brain injury.
