Citroen sweet hatch
The Citroen C4 is a small hatchback with a big car ride.
A BASIC car need not be a basic drive as the Citroen C4 amply demonstrates. The French manufacturer's five-door hatchback is an entry-level model with attractive pricing and fuel economy.
Introduced in 2013, it has been refreshed with new head and tail lamps. There are some frills such as keyless entry and exit, a push button engine start, electric parking brake and a touchscreen. But that's it and the grey cabin borders on depressing.
There are three tube meters in the instrument binnacle with functional but dull monochrome digital displays for the speedometer, tachometer, and fuel level and range.
