Wild child
The 'baby' McLaren 570S is an engagingly entertaining drive.
SOME people may think all McLaren road cars look alike but go beyond the cursory glance at the new McLaren 570S Sports Series model and you will see that it is actually very different from the 650S and 675LT of the Super Series.
True, the 570S is also a two-seater mid-engine model with similar shrinkwrapped styling that does away with extraneous bodywork. There are also the show-stopping dihedral doors that open upwards.
But instead of just one big duct in the door like the 650S, the 570S has a double-layered door with what is called a floating tendon.
