Laughter is the best medicine: take it from doctor-turned-comedian Ken Jeong, whose first stand-up special, You Complete Me, Ho, is out now on Netflix.

In the one hour special that's dedicated to his wife (the titular Ho), the funnyman shares how his role as the crazy Chinese gangster Mr Chow in The Hangover saved his life and turned it around when he sunk into depression after his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Despite the slightly heavy subject matter, he still slips in plenty of jokes revolving around his family jewels, which always managed to find screen time in The Hangover movies.
