The middle ground

MENTION Subaru and most would think of the WRX even though its World Rally Championship conquering years are now mere annals in history rather than actual dominance on rally stages.

The Subaru Legacy sedan, while having a less storied past, actually has been around longer than the Impreza/WRX in WRC. Introduced to the world in 1989, the sixth incarnation of the Legacy sedan was recently put through its paces at its Asia-Pacific media launch in Bangkok.

Styling wise, the new Legacy doesn't break any new ground and the design is more evolutionary than revolutionary.
