    THE food and beverage (F&B) industry’s worst-kept secret is finally out.

    After tendering his resignation as early as 15 months ago, Zen’s head chef Tristin Farmer has officially left the restaurant that he guided to its third Michelin star in 2021, just two years and nine months after it opened in Singapore.

    Farmer’s last day was on Jan 19, and he plans to relocate to Dubai, where he will open his own restaurant in the fourth quarter of 2024, in partnership with Singapore-based F&B operator Culinary Arts Group.
