At Ski Level
Escape the city and breathe in the fresh air from 1,850 metres above sea level in Courchevel, France at the newly refurbished Aman Le Melezin. It re-opens on Dec 16 after an eight-month renovation which saw 19 rooms and suites getting a luxurious makeover.
Two rooms and one suite will now feature large terraces and private hot-tubs. Originally opened in 1992, the ski resort prides itself on providing guests with a refined and elegant home away from home in a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The spa has an indoor pool, jacuzzis, a hammam, and four treatment rooms - enough reason for skipping the slopes. The closest airport is Chambery, approximately 90 minutes by car. Visit aman.com for reservations.
