How much will you pay to get into the best restaurants in the world? Get a seat at the chef's table, and have him take you on a personal tour to the local markets or give you a private cooking lesson? And what if your travel itinerary was curated by none other than celebrated chef Rene Redzepi of Noma fame? He may not be able to attend to you personally, but when you are flying on a private jet owned by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts - while staying at its properties on every stop - you probably won't miss him.

If you have just US$135,000 to spare, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will pack you on its private jet for one of just three private jet journeys it's developed for 2017. Chef Redzepi has a major role in deciding on the dining itinerary in 'Culinary Discoveries', a three week gastronomic round-the-world tour that runs from May 27 to June 14.

It kicks off in Seoul, where you get to sample farm-to-table cuisine at the home of Chef Jong Kuk Lee. In Tokyo, Namae Shinobu of two Michelin-starred L'Effervescence takes you on a day of foraging outside the city. Next stop is Hong Kong for street food and Michelin dining, with wet market tours thrown in. Then it's off to Chiangmai and Mumbai, before heading out of Asia to Europe, where a Chianti wine visit in Florence is in order. Follow that up with a tour of Lisbon and then to Copenhagen, where a foraging session with Noma's chefs is on the agenda before a private dinner, and finally winding up with dinner at Le Cinq in Four Seasons Paris.
