An unforgettable dining experience coming soon for BT readers
The event will feature off-menu dishes, free-flow wine and S$1,500 worth of prizes to be won
FEELING hungry? BT Club welcomes 2024 with A Night in Puglia: A Feast for the Senses. The dining experience for The Business Times (BT) readers takes place on Jan 22 at Fico, helmed by chef-partner Mirko Febbrile.
Arguably the hottest table in town, reservations at the casual beachside Italian restaurant at East Coast Park have been difficult to come by since its opening in June, and must be made about two months in advance.
A Night in Puglia is, hence, the perfect opportunity for BT readers to come try the “honest, seasonal Italian food” created by Febbrile as a tribute to his Puglian roots.
The menu will feature Fico’s signatures, as well as exclusive off-menu dishes such as grilled lobsters and squid ink pasta, which the 32-year-old – who was the former head chef of Michelin-starred Braci – will create specially for this BT Club dining experience.
Enjoy the meal with free-flow wine and end it on a sweet note with a cannoli, tart and more from Fico’s signature (and very Instagrammable) dessert trolley. That is not all – attendees also stand to win attractive prizes worth over S$1,500.
