Squeaky Clean
Are you going to bed with your makeup on because you're too tired to remove it? With the festive season in full swing, it pays to have clean skin if you don't want to suffer a breakout just before a party. Enter Korean skincare brand Huxley, which contains antioxidant-rich, moisture-binding prickly pear seed oil, acai berry, jojoba, and yerba mate leaf in its foam and oil cleansers, which leave skin clean and moisturised. Other items include toners, creams and masks.
The oil from the prickly pear, a succulent, is said to be rich in vitamin E, reduces redness, and when paired with ceramides, it slows down the breakdown of collagen.
New in Singapore, Huxley is also said to be the skincare brand of choice among Korean flight attendants. Another plus - minimalist packaging that will look chic on any bathroom shelf.
