DESPITE having been in the hospitality business for over three decades, the ongoing pandemic still keeps Arthur Kiong on his toes. "Every day I put on my suit, it is like dancing on a minefield," says the chief executive of Far East Hospitality (FEH).
The days of dealing with the pandemic have been full of twists and turns, as well as constantly trying to understand protocol.
One thing he is focused on is making sure that the company emerges from the pandemic a changed one. "I don't want us to come out of the crisis as what we were before, because it would be a travesty," he says.
