THE Business Times turns 38 today. To mark the occasion, from next Wednesday, Oct 8, BT will come to you with some key changes, and a fresh new look in both our print and digital editions.
We don't do this often - in fact, the last time we did it was on Sept 1, 2004. And it took the paper to new heights in both circulation and advertising.
Ten years on, we feel it's time to keep up with the new media scene and the changing habits of our readers. One big change is the organisation of content by sector rather than by geography, to better capture sectoral and industry-wide trends. From our surveys and focus groups, we've found that many of our readers follow markets along sectoral, rather than country-specific lines.
