1 What do you think was the most surprising thing that happened this week?

The biggest bombshell this past week has got to be that former US Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders could actually replace President-elect Donald Trump with a little-known loophole! #LoveTrumpsHaters, rejoice!

... not.

This was totally made up, but is intricately tied to what was most surprising this past week - that tech giants Facebook and Google are declaring war on fake news.

They both announced this past Monday that they will not allow websites that publish fake news from advertising on their platforms. Fakebook no more!
