The business travel sector is an interesting case in point. A US$1.2 trillion industry globally, business travel spending in Singapore is projected to grow 4.3 per cent to S$17.2 billion in 2017, and 2.4 per cent annually to S$21.7 billion by 2027, according to a report by the World Travel and Tourism Council and Travelport.
