I REFER to Waleed A Hanafi's letter "SGX website suffers from information gaps" (BT, Dec 11).
We thank him for his feedback. We would like to assure investors that company news, dividend history and prospectuses are all available on our website and emphasise that no attempt has been made to "suppress" such information as he had suggested.
In September this year, we launched SGX StockFacts, a stocks and company information portal (www.sgx.com/stockfacts). This free service enables investors to access information, such as recent company news, dividend history and dividend yields, on each of our almost 800 listed stocks easily.
