The sun may be setting on one-party rule in Cambodia

CAMBODIANS are heading to polls on Sunday to elect the chiefs of local communes that represent political leadership at the grassroots level. The elections are critical because 90 per cent of the population lives in villages. For the national assembly, the vote will forecast the trend in the general election to be held in July next year.
