1. What do you think was the most consequential thing that unfolded this week?

Great relief followed great expectations when the US Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points on Wednesday, a move that was universally expected and nearly 100 per cent forecast by the futures market.

What also unfolded this week, in an episode filled rather more with dramatic surprises, was further developments in the spat between Malaysia and nuclear-armed North Korea following the bizarre murder of Kim Jong Nam - the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un -- in the busy Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Feb 13.
