What also unfolded this week, in an episode filled rather more with dramatic surprises, was further developments in the spat between Malaysia and nuclear-armed North Korea following the bizarre murder of Kim Jong Nam - the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un -- in the busy Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Feb 13.
