Why I still make New Year resolutions
I've never achieved my goals, but getting there halfway is still better than never starting.
MY colleagues, many of whom don't share my tradition of setting New Year resolutions, have given me three reasons for not partaking in this annual self-improvement exercise.
Colleague No 1: The resolutions don't work, and I can't remember them by February.
Colleague No 2: If you want to do something, just do it, man. No need to write a list.
Colleague No 3: I honestly can't think how else I can improve myself.
