ASIA is expected to see more inbound real estate capital return in 2015, thanks to yield improvements in some Asian markets, with more realistically priced assets surfacing.
In contrast, rising property prices have compressed yields in most key US and UK markets, Colliers said in a white paper on Wednesday.
The consultancy expects real estate investment into Asia to rise 102 per cent from US$13.2 billion in 2014 - more than three times the 33 per cent growth in 2014.
