Ascendas-Singbridge, GIC acquire land in India to develop IT park

ASCENDAS-SINGBRIDGE Group and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC announced the acquisition of a 16-acre (6.5-hectare) land parcel in Pune, a sprawling city in the western Indian state of Maharashtra.
This acquisition, at an undisclosed sum, marks the second investment under the Ascendas India Growth Programme (AIGP), in which GIC is a principal investor along with Ascendas-Singbridge.
