CAPITALAND'S serviced-residence business unit, The Ascott, has landed a contract to manage its first Citadines Apart'hotel in Busan.
The 468-unit Citadines Haeundae Busan, its biggest property world-wide, is set to open in the second half of next year. It will take Ascott's Citadines network to 79 properties across 49 cities.
