CDLHT makes first hotel acquisition in UK
It is paying £61.5 million for the property - Cambridge City Hotel

CDL Hospitality Trust (CDLHT) has marked its maiden entry into Europe with the acquisition of Cambridge City Hotel in the UK.
It is doing so by acquiring 100 per cent of the issued capital of LR (Cambridge) Limited, which owns and operates the hotel, from London & Regional Group Trading No 3 Limited.
