CMT to redevelop Funan DigitaLife Mall
Anchor tenant Challenger Technologies says impact on business is reduced due to its digital push

NEARLY five months after announcing that it was exploring options for Funan DigitaLife Mall, CapitaLand Mall Trust (CMT) said that it would redevelop the 30-year-old mall into an integrated development.
The mall has utilised 3.861 of its allowable gross plot ratio of 7.0, leaving it an untapped gross floor area (GFA) of about 388,000 square feet.
