Condo and HDB rental volumes see double-digit falls in April: SRX
Private non-landed rental volume down 18.7 per cent to 3,653 units while HDB rental volume falls 17.2 per cent; rental value up 0.1 per cent

RENTALS of condominiums and private apartments as well as Housing & Development Board (HDB) flats rose 0.1 per cent in April compared to March, albeit on much lower rental transaction volume.
This was according to flash estimates released by SRX Property on Thursday.
