DEVELOPERS sold 341 private homes in September 2015, lower than the 513 units they moved in August this year and 648 units in September 2014.

Based on the latest figures, which were released on Thursday by the Urban Redevelopment Authority, provisional developers' sales for the third quarter of this year totalled 2,509 units - surpassing the 2,116 units they sold in Q2 2015.

The above figures exclude executive condos. Inclusive of executive condos (ECs), which are a public-private hybrid housing form, developers found buyers for a total 629 homes in September 2015, down from 979 units in the previous month and 707 units in September 2014.
