DP Architects names new chairman, CEO
DP Architects has announced key appointments in its senior management, which took effect from Jan 1, 2016.
Francis Lee has been appointed chairman of DP Architects and the DP group of companies, taking over the reins from Chan Sui Him who has assumed a mentorship role as senior director.
Angelene Chan has been appointed the group's chief executive officer.
Tan Chee Kiang and Chan Hui Min have been promoted to directors of DP Architects, and May Chan to director of the firm's operations in the Middle East.
"The new leadership will focus on integrated design services and the expansion of the group's reach outside Asia, as part of the firm's strategic thrust as it moves towards DP50 in 2017," the homegrown architectural practice said.
Founded in 1967, DP Architects is also one of the largest architectural practices in Singapore. According to its website, it now has 1,200 staff in 12 offices worldwide.
Projects it was involved in last year include Alexandra Central, Claymore Link, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, OUE Twin Peaks and Temasek Club.
Besides the top management positions, the group also announced the appointment of 107 titleholders and key positions at its annual promotion, which it detailed on its website.
