Fewer HDB flats resold in November but at higher prices

This is according to SRX Property data; R'ST Research says the general trend is towards stabilisation

Mr Ong of R'ST Research thinks that the slight uptick in Nov could be a trickle-down effect from the exuberant demand for the recent batch of BTO flats launched by HDB, such as these for Bidadari.
