THE Singapore chapter of Fiabci, or the Paris-based International Real Estate Federation, gave awards to 28 projects at the Singapore Property Awards 2015 on Thursday.

The 28 projects are in 10 categories: heritage, industrial, office, residential (super high rise), residential (high rise), residential (mid rise), residential (low rise), retail, specialised project and sustainable development.

All the winners of the Singapore Property Awards 2015 will be eligible to compete at next year's Fiabci Prix d'Excellence international competition. Winners are expected to be announced during Fiabci's world congress in Panama in May 2016.

Since 2011, Fiabci-Singapore has given out the Singapore Property Awards to encourage local developers and consultants to introduce new architectural ideas and innovative forms of excellence - and to identify the strongest candidates for the international competition.

Far East Organization clinched the most awards, four, at this year's Singapore Property Awards. These include its Silversea condo along Marine Parade Road in the residential (mid rise) category and Altez in the Tanjong Pagar area in the residential (super high rise) category.

Soilbuild Group Holdings bagged three awards - for Solaris in the one-north location in the sustainable development category; West Park BizCentral in the Tanjong Kling/Pioneer roads area in the industrial segment; and The Mezzo along Balestier Road in the residential (high rise) category .
