GOODLAND Group is mitigating the slowdown in the Singapore property market by focusing on overseas markets in the region, especially those with double-digit growth in prices and sales transactions over the past two years.
This is shifting its revenue mix, with one-quarter of group revenue to come from regional projects by fiscal 2016 and more recurring income with its participation in mixed-use project T-City in Ipoh, Malaysia.
