Goodland eyes more overseas revenue and recurring income

GOODLAND Group is mitigating the slowdown in the Singapore property market by focusing on overseas markets in the region, especially those with double-digit growth in prices and sales transactions over the past two years.
This is shifting its revenue mix, with one-quarter of group revenue to come from regional projects by fiscal 2016 and more recurring income with its participation in mixed-use project T-City in Ipoh, Malaysia.
