HDB launches 5,291 flats for sale
THE Housing and Development Board (HDB) launched 5,291 flats for sale on Tuesday under the August 2017 Build-To-Order (BTO) and the inaugural Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) exercise.
They comprise 3,897 BTO units and 1,394 ROF units across various towns and estates.
This is the third BTO launch this year, bringing the total number of BTO flats offered to 12,755 units. Together with the 3,946 balance flats offered in the May 2017 sale of balance flats (SBF) exercise and the 1,394 units in this ROF exercise, HDB has launched a total of 18,095 flats thus far in 2017.
In the upcoming November 2017 BTO exercise, HDB will offer about 4,800 flats in Geylang, Punggol, Sengkang and Tampines, concurrently with a SBF exercise. This brings the total BTO supply in 2017 to around 17,500 units.
